babushka’s blinchiki
these are the best for brunch. they’re the eastern european equivalent of a crepe and can be used as a “build your own” situation or just eaten hot off the press. they’ll fill your house with the most swirly whirly vanilla smell and everyone will be obsessed with you. RECIPE HERE
blueberry lemon ricotta blintzes
using the blinchiki as the base for these lemon curd ricotta blintzes with blueberry compote is certainly going to win you best dish at brunch. RECIPE HERE
tiramisu crepe cake
another option for those blinchiki is to turn them into a decadent tiramisu crepe cake that’s just absolute fabulous (add some mini cadbury eggs to the top for major easter nest vibes) RECIPE HERE
napoleon cake
every time I have made this for a crowd, everyone harasses me to remake it next time I see them. RECIPE HERE
key lime pie pavlova
one of my favorite recipes I’ve ever made and SO easter spring coded RECIPE HERE
gluten free + dairy free citrus olive oil cake
that you wouldn’t even tell is. it’s so moist, delicious and perfectly almondy ;) RECIPE HERE
the most perfect fruit salad
there is a correct way to make a fruit salad, and this is it. totally elevates the standard fruit plate and makes it easy for grabbing on your plate in a crowd RECIPE HERE
babushka’s oladushki
another banger I grew up on - these are thick mini pancakes that are so fluffy and pan fried to perfection. they’re the perfect hosting recipe with a little topping/dipping station. RECIPE HERE
eton mess cake
if you’re feelin like making a whole as cake (no piping or crumb coats required here) this would be the cake to make. lemon curd, meringue pieces and chiffon. if she was a fairy was a cake. RECIPE HERE
chocolate tahini swirl banana bread
she’s gorgeous and delicous RECIPE HERE
big ass apple cider pop tart
so fun and great for a big crowd!! RECIPE HERE





apps ‘n stuff:
marinated olive whipped ricotta
a simply delicious dip - that’s all RECIPE HERE
burrata n’ peas
this recipe is a killllerrrrr. so fresh, and vibrant and just like screaming mother’s day. RECIPE HERE
dill pickle devils
if mom is a pickle gworlie like the rest of us RECIPE HERE
lox bagel deviled eggs
too pretty to eat but also not really because I body 5 every time I make these. RECIPE HERE
green AF pasta salad
truly the most gorgeous, light side or appetizer. all the greens, all the veggies, all the flavaaaaa! RECIPE HERE
green farro halloumi salad
a delightfully seasonal and savory salad that would pair with anything you have going on! RECIPE HERE
spinach + artichoke spanakopita
this recipe lives in my head rent free because it’s so good. my mom ate 1/2 the pan last time I made this lol. RECIPE HERE
spring crudite board with herby ranch
can never go wrong with a little crudite for noshing. add some sugar snap peas cut lengthwise, carrots with the stems on watermelon radish for the cutest spring moment. RECIPE HERE
pop’s latkes
cutesie little latkes are always a good idea RECIPE HERE
tzatziki potato salad


eggy mains:
a quiche lorraine
so lush and would be my #1 pick. my mom couldn’t get over the custardy texture of this when she tried it. paired with a light green salad and you have your main covered! RECIPE HERE
mini leek quiches
same base recipe as above - but made mini, ham ommitted and focus on the savory leeky flavor - tooooo die for! RECIPE VARIATION HERE
leeky, spring frittata
a bit of a lighter and easier option. filled with greens and feta served with a garlicky yogurt. mom’s LOVE a frittata. RECIPE HERE
shishito omelettes
if you’re on omelette duty - this is such a good herbaceous one RECIPE HERE
cilbir aka turkish eggs
quadruple+ this recipe for however many people you need to feed. serve with some pita or baguette on the side. everyone will be in aweeeee. scroll down to poached eggs section to find the recipe HERE you can also soft boil them for an even easier route and equally as delicious!




drinks:
melon spritzes
because what is a brunch without something bubbly to pop? answer: nothing at all. this is the best. RECIPE HERE

kiwi cucumber margs
love the green color on these and they’re so fresh and batchable RECIPE HERE
kompot
a non alcoholic seasonal fruit punch that you can make using *most* fruit you have - berries, apples, pears etc! such a fresh and delicious option for everyone to enjoy :) RECIPE HERE
paloma jello shots
if your brunch gets down, these are in fact pastel and very cute, just saying RECIPE HERE
orange wine sangria
for the wine moms. obviously peaches aren’t in season right now, but thank god for the jarred peach halves to bring the syrupy delicious sweetness here. you can sub the fresh peaches out for for apricots, or strawberries!! RECIPE HERE
horseradish vodka bloody marys
it’s very much garden vibes, and I mean it is brunch after all RECIPE HERE
virgin no blender pina coladas
non alcoholic pina coladas with a coconut rim because how cute is that RECIPE HERE
