It’s come to my attention that I have been neglecting my gluten free community!! I have also been neglecting my vegetarian community, but I’m trying to work on that separately. Unfortunately I’ll rarely ever be able to accommodate my vegan community (if existent around here) as a girl loves butter + cheese on everything a bit too much.
BUT, as I was posting my flatbread recipes the other month, I got so many comments and questions about adapting the ingredients to be gluten free so while I’ll have to do some more extensive research and ~development~ on that, I’m going to try holding you over with this cake!
