if there’s an excuse for me to throw a party, I will be taking that opportunity. for february, that party is galentine’s. alex kicked out of the house, all of my girlies, enough carbs to put us into a food coma and a minimum of 1 bottle of wine per person.

if you’ve never hosted one before, it’s arguably one of the funnest things you could host. everything is so fun and flirty and pink and being a girl is just…the best. reminder, you don’t think you need 10 friends to host one - a galentine’s could be literally 2 people. you and your bestiana are all you neeeeeed.

I’ve hosted galentine’s 5 times now, so I’ve gone through it all. the themes, the fan favorites, the crafts etc. it is my super bowl. which may I remind you, is the best day to host your galentines this year - february 8th. all the men are gone, you don’t have to get dragged to a house watch party, it’s the perfect sunday. last year I hosted on the superbowl and we all watched the half time show towards the end of the night and then went back to talking shit right after. amazing!

this guide will comprise of everything I deem necessary + helpful to plan a galentine’s party! I got a bit carried away and made this a mini hosting guide in general lol but let’s starts with the 3 pillars!
