does it contain any alcohol? i just turned 21 11 days ago so would like to include something but don’t know exactly what would be best? thinking rum tho
Made this with apple cider instead of pear, in a big batch for Friendsgiving and it is DANGEROUSLY GOOD

handful of thyme springs
8.47 oz/250.49 ml lemon juice (7-8 lemons)
12.71 oz/375.88 ml st germain
50.85 oz/1503.81 ml prosecco rose
4.24 oz/125.39 ml maple syrup
25.60 oz/757.08 ml sparkling water

if i make a batch of this should i add the club soda when serving or can i do it ahead of time and leave it in the fridge for hours?
Add it just before serving!! But otherwise you can totally batch it and let it sit in the fridge - will be fab
