Making this now and it smells AMAZING. My one complaint is that the recipe instructions don't tell you what to do with the chopped chilis in adobo or the bay leaves!!! I just added them in with the crushed tomatoes/broth/beer and so far so good haha.

Your chilli recipe looks amazing - we make one of Ottolenghi’s recipes (with chicken instead) but I think my adult kids would really enjoy yours also.
