Hi Katie! Do you think the mashed potatoes are fine to make ahead a day in advance and reheat with milk/sour cream?

You can ship the goat cheese before and store in a container overnight - also you can even make the brown butter walnut sauce prior and then dump it in a pan upon serving with maybe an extra know of butter to make up for any absorption and pour right over! you got this!

For the mashed potatoes, do you think I could make them a couple days ahead of time and reheat in a slow cooker?

Made the sweet potatoes for my fiancé’s extended family (big move, big trust in your recipe) and it was a huge hit!!! Doubled it to feed everyone, worked so well!! Delicious

The salad was a big hit! My family has requested the dressing multiple times already (and they never eat salad). Would love more salad ideas!

You can try halving the recipe, and trying it that way. Rounding here or there won’t hurt too much since mac and cheese requires some adjustments with different pasta shapes/cheeses etc.
