Could you make the stuffing ahead also could you use Italian sausage instead

Yes totally can use Italian sausage! You could bake the day before, covered and then uncovered until warm and crisp it the next day

My bread dough is still sticky after kneading for 20 minutes. Help! I tried kneading it for 5 more minutes and it’s a little better but don’t know what to do. I’m attempting the herby gruyere pull apart bread . Advice?

If you knead by hand, the linked recipe says it will take at least 30 min! I used a stand mixer w/ dough hook attachment and it only took 10 min
