This was great! I pivoted slightly in that I made balsamic pickled strawberries (go to recipe every summer) that keep well and kept my crispy prosciutto separate and just topped the pasta salad with these. I can advocate that keeping these separate and topping the salad with them made the pasta salad keep really well, and provided lunches I couldn't wait to eat for the week. I will definitely make this again over the summer. So good!
I made this last night for a dinner party and everyone was like STRAWBERRIES?!? but then agreed it was delicious!! i went for the burrata and it was such a good choice
Holy cannoli! I’ve never tried FRIED CAPERS before and your air fried crispy prosciutto tip is a game changer, but you had me at the PASTA SALAD tank top! Awesomeeeeee! Subscribed!
Thank you so much 💓 I’ve been wanting to get back into making myself easy meals and this sounds so good!!
