I never write reviews, but last night I made the Loaded Green Pasta Salad and it was incredible! My 14 year old son absolutely devoured it, and even voluntarily ate the asparagus (which he has been adamant about hating)! He told me that I definitely need to make it again, and also that I should make it for the next family gathering/potluck. Thanks so much for helping me easily get veggies into my growing boy!!!
