Made this yesterday!! It was so good! My local Italian store didn’t have ricotta but they had a nice Venezuelan cheese, so I used that instead! Everyone loved the dish! — the oil was SO GOOD! I used a TJs Sicilian EVOO with a fruity flavor and peppery finish! So yummy!! Can’t wait to make this again soon with the ricotta!
Did you end up prepping beforehand? Wondering if the olives need to be refrigerated the night before and then brought to room temp or if you can just leave it out

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a hit! I could drink the oil by itself it was so good!
