If you haven’t already seen enough BLT’s on your feed, don’t worry because I’ve got another one for you!!! But she’s not a regular BLT, she’s a ~cool~ BLT. And what goes better with a BLT than a peach iced tea….nothing.
I don’t know why I’ve never tried doing this, but jarred peach syrup in the Trader Joe’s black tea concentrate is genuinely the peak of existence for me. I throw an entire peach half in my cup too and it’s just a little treat for later.
Now let us talk about herbed mayo. No, actually let’s talk about homemade mayo. Ummmm, 30 seconds, 4 ingredients and you have the richest most lush mayo ever? I knew it was easy but like chill, not that easy. And now suddenly, the gateways to condiment heaven have opened. Calabrian chili mayo. Kimchi mayo. Pickle mayo. Miso mayo? And what we’re using for this - dill basil mayo!!!
Before you even say a word - I am not a mayo freak. Like, light mayo on my sandwich please. I obviously don’t believe in mayo in pasta salad. And macaroni salad feels like it should be illegal to me. So you get it, I’m not obsessed with mayo alright! But THEN! I made this mayo and you would genuinely be concerned with the amount of it I put on my BLT lol. I schmear it on half a tomato and call it a snack. It consumes my little turkey wraps for lunch. So come along babe, don’t be shy and dip your toe into some homemade mayo.
