For one, I updated my OG classic pasta salad recipe (I call it the OG because it’s the first pasta salad I’ve ever made 2 years ago that started this whole series)
However, two years ago I was just a girl making pasta salad for the first time. A pasta salad newb. And since then, I’ve made a lot more pasta salad. So I just felt like the godfather needed an upgrade. Of course theres nothing wrong with the OG, but it falls flat in comparison to this revised beauty. I’ve tried this new tomato marination situation and it’s truly changed the game for all pasta salads alike. I’ll get into that in the recipe below. And judging off the reactions from my pasta salad pop-up, an upgrade was had!
