the bachelorette bible
my templates, price transparency, decor + all the details!
I just got back from my sister’s bachelorette trip in DR that I spent the last few months working on. safe to say I’m going through withdrawals but also lowkey thank god because I needed some of my brain real estate back.
planning a trip with so many different people & figuring out how to find something that works for everyone and making it an actually enjoyable trip is hard. then add on being the MOH and it’s also a lot of pressure.
customizing everything, making the games, planning, researching etc took me a few months so hopefully this guide can help alleviate a little bit of that stress + give you some ideas/advice if you’re in the same boat! my qualifications are coming from a zero stress + drama trip where everyone said it was the best trip they’ve ever gone on. flexxxxxxx.
I’ll give you the rundown on all the details + everything I did + general trip tips! not to toot my own horn but I wish I had something like this before planning lol. the bachelorette universe is a crazy place.

what I’ll cover:
the perfect weekend itinerary (imo)
decor details + links
editable templates for games, the website + all custom details
what we gifted the girls
who pays for what? especially as a MOH
logistics + how to manage/plan everything
consolidated list of mine + my sisters outfits here.

where we stayed
we stayed in this villa, which is located in Punta Cana Resort & Club. it was a literal barbie dream house. when I tell you guys I’ve never seen a more beautiful place with such gorgeous touches. I got some tea on the owners and apparently the wife & husband designed the whole place. all the serve ware, glassware etc was divine. truly felt like I was at my coolest richest friends house for the weekend.
the property is a 10 min drive from the airport which was incredible, and yet felt so removed. there was no noise at all. being so close was also amazing for everyone arriving at different times & just being able to start the vacation so quickly! they also have a website with a ton of other villa options across the property. with the rental you also have access to a few beach clubs, restaurants, tennis courts etc on the property grounds which was super nice to check out on our golf cart!
this specific villa comes with a daily maid, butler and chef which is included in the price. you just pay for cost of groceries (according to the menu you select) and gratuity (8-10% at the end) some of the other villas come without staff which makes the cost cheaper, and you could just splurge on a chef one night etc. I will say as someone who usually is the one in the kitchen but also being super type A - having the staff prepare everything for us really allowed me to be in the moment and enjoy the trip. the food was great (obviously I was worried) dm me if you want my specific menu choices + reccomendations.
it’s pretty much all the perks of staying inside a resort, but private and getting to all stay together in one house! it was also super safe, the entire resort is gated as well as each sub neighborhood. they arranged all of our airport transfers + private transportation to the club so we always felt extremely safe (coming from a group of tweakers).
our other accommodation option was Casa de Campo which is a super popular choice for many people. it has a similar offering of villas on property and a cute village/town area. we ultimately didn’t choose it because it’s a little over an hour from the airport and downtown punta cana which was our night out, so we decided against it. it is located right near the marina though if you’re renting a boat however - but we didn’t mind the hour drive that one day, and the roundtrip transfer comes included in a lot of the boat rentals too.

the itinerary
I think my sister and I came up with the perfect balance of fun + chill. I included the general itinerary on the website I made a few months ahead of time and fine tuned times later on. this way everyone can start gathering their outfits and have an idea what to expect etc.
PSA: juggling a boat day, night out and pilates all in one weekend is ambitious and if you do them in the wrong order it will really make a difference lol. I have some strong thoughts on itineraries/theme nights/how to make people actually enjoy the trip vs. feeling forced so here’s just my two cents + exactly what we did:
