it’s my birthday today so as my gift to you, I present this monster of a birthday cake I’ve created for us geminis (the best sign)
so what we got is a funfetti key lime cheesecake ice cream cake!!!! a mouthful indeed. now of course I was too indecisive to choose just one direction to take, so I combined all four ideas I had into one. clearly all those milk bar recipes over the years have rubbed off on me because 6 components for one cake sounded perfect for the occasion.

It looks like a lot I know but truly it all comes together to be the best tangy version of key lime pie ever! it’s easier than it looks and besides - I’m already giving you a break with the boxed cake mix!
