it wouldn’t be valentine’s day without a heaping bowl of chocolate mousse for 2 or 4 to 6 girls - because this recipe is equally as great ‘n sexy for galentine’s as it is for valentine’s. I mean, a couple of spoons and an endless bowl of chocolate mousse…..
i love mousse. I share that with my mom (the whole chocolate obsession of it all - nobody really understands how much it pains me to eat vanilla. especially vanilla ice cream) so anytime I see a mousse on a menu, you beeeet I’m ordering it. and there’s nothing better than knowing how easy it is to make your favorite dessert at home. we really can have it all!
I personally think a shared mousse bowl between lovers is very chic and cool and I would totally share a mousse bowl with my girl friends too. but if that concept sends shivers down your spine, go ahead and portion these off into individual lil coupes or bowls - or crazy concept, just scoop it on to your plate. who cares, as long as you have chocolate mousse for dessert!!!
